What even is Coaching?

Coaching in general is a partnership between coach and client that helps bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. 

More specifically, my coaching is designed to bring awareness to outdated ways of thinking and being that you might not know are there. These systems keep you stuck in a loop of survival- keeping you alive? Yes, but to your full potential? No. 

Together, we bring awareness to these areas and unravel them until your unique path towards freedom starts to be revealed. 

On this journey, undoubtedly we will encounter parts of you that would rather be left alone… yes we will come into contact with your issues.

This is great news! Because your biggest issues, the parts of you you try to ignore and leave behind, these are actually portals to your greatest assets and we need to get into these issues rather than over them.This is how we tap into the fuel that is unique to your engine. 

This is radical work that when applied will change you from the inside out- the basics can be applied over and over again in every area of your life from career to intimate relationships to parenting and so on. 

This work is fun, fascinating, shocking and surprising. There is no right or wrong way to experience it or come through it. If you are open and curious, its right for you.

What does working with Melissa look like?

Coaching sessions are held over zoom. In our consultation we will see what you are looking for and what plan feels right. This is a creative process and there is no ‘one way’ fits all.

How often do sessions take place?

That is up to the client and customizable. Typically we can start with one 1 hour session per week.
